Jensen Baby thru and thru!

I have to say the Jensen jeans are strong! She looks like Owen 95% of the day. Every once in a
while she will look like me, (I really enjoy those moments). If you notice in a lot of the pictures she is clutching both of her hands. This is what she does when she is really excited. She looks like she is ready to say her prayer. So cute!

The look says it all!!

It is pictures like this that makes my heart flutter!! Even though you can not see most of Owen's face, you can still tell how much he loves his little girl. And the look on her face says it all. She does not need to talk to express her feelings. She can do just fine with out them. I knew I would love my children, but I never imagined it would be like this. Being a mother is the best thing I do every day.

Cutest couple ever!!

Look at how happy both of them are!! What a wonderful picture!!

Hello to all

Just waving to the camera.

Daddy sneeking kisses.

Her cheeks are just so chubby and firm you can't help but kiss them. She is also learning how to give kisses. You know which ones I am talking about-those wonderful slobbery, open mouth kisses. She loves to grab my face with one hand on each cheek and pull herself towards me and give me the biggest kiss she can muster up. I love them!!

Say CHEESE Daddy!!

Owen loves to hold and cuddle with his little girl. But who can blame him, look how adorable she is!! I have to say, Owen and I do good work.

All tuckered out!!

I was trying to feed Kendyllee her dinner and she had other plans. She was so tired, she did not even make it through 1/4 of her dinner. I ended up putting her pjs on her and giving her a bottle for dinner and she barely made it through that. She has been doing very well at night. She has been going to sleep between 8:15 and 9:00, and will sleep until 7:00. She whimpers a couple time through out the night but all she wants is her binky and she crashes again. Owen and I are very spoiled to have such a good baby first. We love her so much!!

Camera shy.

It never fails, Kendyllee will be giggling or smiling like crazy and as soon as we turn on the camera she is so shy. In this video, she was just waking up from her nap. Owen and I were in the living room and could hear her just talking up a storm. So Owen went in and stood at the foot of her crib while I grabbed the camera and needless to say that was the end of that. But she is so stinking cute!!

It finally fits!!

On Friday, daddy wanted to take us for a walk. It was really nice and sunny outside so instead of the usual beanie, this time I put her base ball cap on her. She had never worn it before because it was to big or way to cold outside. She was not quite sure what to think of it. She tried to pull it off a couple of times and ended up pulling it over her face and then she would get scared and start screaming. What a funny girl.
For those of you who have not seen or used a Bumbo, it is a baby must. She absolutely loves to sit in it because she can be included in so much. When we are eating, we put her in it and place her in the middle of the table, and you can totally tell she feels like she is such a big girl. It also helps her to have good posture, and has really helped her to learn how to balance her hips when she is sitting on the floor with us.
I am starting to think my camera is magic. Lately when I have been looking at the pictures I have taken of her, she looks so grown up. Where is the time growing, I mean going? It is so hard to believe she is already 5 months old. And look at how much she looks like her daddy, especially in that hat.

Give me a steak!

In one crazy week, Kendyllee has gotten both of her front teeth on the bottom. The first came in on the 29th of September and the other popped up on the 5th. I am happy to see some progress in this stage, she has been working on those things since before we left Nampa in July. She was only cranky and fussy in the evening time. Over all she was a good girl and Daddy and I are very grateful for Tylenol.

Hard Day

Kendyllee must have had a hard day. Grandma was trying to give her a bath and get her ready for bed, but I guess Kendyllee was not interested in the bath, she just wanted to go straight to sleep. She looks so comfy in Grandma's kitchen sink. What a sweetie!!

The BIG 4 months!!!

It is so hard to believe Kendyllee is 4 1/2 months old. Time has gone by so fast. She is developing her own personality. It is hard to say which one of us she gets that trait from. We are both stubborn and very set in our ways and she is becoming the same way. I am afraid to know what life will be like when she is able to talk and voice her opinion about what guys she is going to date or what dress she will wear to prom. I think Owen and I will both have a Mental Break Down. But what should we have expected, right?

MOM, WHAT IS THIS STUFF?

As you can tell, Kendyllee did not like Peas at first. (She gets that from her daddy!) She really had a hard time gagging those things down. This was her first feeding with baby food. I think maybe I should have started with rice cereal. I tried that the next night and she seemed to do much better with that. Now she seems to love peas and green beans. She also thinks it is really funny when she blows bubbles and sneezes when she has a mouth full. I am sure the look on my face, as I am being covered in her baby food, is what makes her smile. What a character!!

Brooklinn and Kendyllee

Have you ever seen such beautiful girls? When ever the two of them are in public together, most people think they are twins. They do resemble each other a little, especially dressed like this. As you can tell Kendyllee was late for her nap. We tried to squeeze in a few shots before she dozed off. It was sure nice of Brooklinn to let Kendyllee use her shoulder for a pillow. I am sure the two of them will grow up to be the best of buds. I can only imagine what life will be like when we go to visit Grandma and Grandpa and they are both two years old. There will be lots of things to get into and lots of noise to make will all the pots and pans. I am sure the two of them will be very mischevious. And Grandma and Grandpa will not want them to go home. The place will seem so quiet with out them. What a blessing, two times.

Seeing the Sights of Colorado

We took a trip to the Colorado Monument National Park last week. The mountains are so beautiful. It was breezy that day so Kendyllee stayed in the car while Owen and I took turns getting out and taking pictures. Things here in Colorado are going good for us. We have met some of our neighbors and are able to go to church as a family now that Owen will have most Sundays off.

Go Kendyllee Go

Kendyllee has been very interested in learning how to use her legs lately. We thought maybe we should buy her a jumper, and it was a good idea. It will not be too much longer and she will be on the move!

Hanging out with Papa

Kendyllee definatley has eyes for her Papa. She gets so excited when he comes home from work. What a Daddy's Girl!!!
